3M Men’s Conference 2026
Theme: Give Me This Mountain

KCO co-founder Reverend Ray J. Watson is also the director of the men’s ministry at Windsor Village Church Family. The 3M Men’s Conference is a powerful gathering designed to strengthen and challenge men to rise in faith, leadership, and purpose. This year’s theme, Give Me This Mountain, is rooted in Joshua 14:12: “Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the Lord spoke in that day…”

Just as Caleb boldly declared his readiness to possess the promise of God, this conference calls men to pursue what God has spoken over their lives. It is a call to courage, endurance, and unwavering trust in the Lord for every promise that remains unfulfilled.

3M Men’s Conference: Give Me This Mountain is a faith-filled experience that will inspire men to confront obstacles, reclaim territory, and walk confidently in obedience to God’s word. Through worship, teaching, and fellowship, attendees will be equipped to lead in their homes, churches, communities, and spheres of influence.

Guest Speaker: Apostle Shawn Echols
The men are honored to welcome Shawn Echols of Greater Works Houston. Apostle Echols is a passionate communicator who challenges believers to walk in faith, obedience, and confidence in God’s promises. His ministry will encourage men to stand firm, take hold of their mountain, and trust God for victory.
