August 2026 News and Prayer Gatherings

May August bring you and your family into a place of complete alignment with the Lord as your soul is anchored in Him. In August, join KCO in praying for wisdom for global leaders; strength for God's church, and salvation for the lost. 

Below is an overview and invitation to important times of prayer this month. 

• This Thursday 8/6, we will have Global Intercession at 7 p.m. CT. The topic is "Rooted in Christ" during war times. We invite you to seek God in advance concerning this topic, and join the meeting to offer intercession. Link to RSVP.

• Saturday morning, 8/8, we are asking you to join KCO and intercessors around the country for a Back to School Prayer Walk at your Local School. Choose a school in your neighborhood or one attended by a loved one, grab a partner(s) if you can, and either prayer walk or drive around the school (if you cannot get on the grounds). Pray for this upcoming school year and declare God's Word over students and faculty. If you need prayers, ideas, or scriptures to help you, visit this link for a prayer guide. 

• Save the date for Glory House 8/15. This month, Prophet Michelle P. Smith will minister as we continue in our yearlong focus of Tenacity for Witness. Visit our events page for more details.
